ExaClair Limited, the UK subsidiary of the Exacompta-Clairefontaine group, are delighted to announce they have been shortlisted in the upcoming 2021 European Office Product Awards (EOPA).
The new Clean’Safe® range of stationery products has been nominated for the ‘Product of the Year’ award, which seeks to recognise innovative products that were launched during the past 12 months.
The initial selection of Exacompta® filing and desktop accessories were created as a result of an increasing demand for creating a healthier working environment, whether that be in the office or at home. Due to popular demand, the collection has now been expanded to feature new Clean’Safe® notebooks, with Clairefontaine’s premium 90gsm writing paper.
The raw materials used in the manufacturing processes are treated with an organic antimicrobial additive, which gives extra protection against the spread of bacteria, viruses, mould and fungi, eliminating them by more than 99.9%. The range of filing is FSC® Certified, whilst the Clean’Safe® desktop accessories feature items made from recycled post-consumer plastics. These also include a 25-year warranty for extra piece of mind.
Lawrence Savage, Marketing Manager at ExaClair, states;
“The health of our families, friends and colleagues has become a key issue that covers all aspects of our everyday lives. Stationery products are handled on an everyday basis, causing bacteria and viruses to stick to their surfaces and multiply if left untreated. Especially for all those having to combine working from home with going into the office, the Clean’Safe® range allows employees to return to work and share files without worrying about cross contamination.”
On reference to the nomination, Lawrence comments;
“We are thrilled to have been shortlisted for this award, especially as the EOPA celebrates their 20th anniversary. The nomination is a testament to the innovation and effort of those involved within the manufacturing processes of the range.”
In addition to the Clean’Safe® range, the Exacompta® ExaScreen PPE equipment was also introduced to help businesses adapt and maintain current social distancing guidelines. The range provides a selection of protective screens, visors, masks and signage products, which are suitable for use within a comprehensive variety of office, retail and educational working environments.
All the winners of the EOPA awards will be announced before the end of March.
