Ordering

Our online ordering system, the ExaClair Shop, is for registered trade customers of ExaClair Limited only. You can access all of the products available from across the Exacompta Clairefontaine Group online through our secure, dedicated portal, once you have an account with us.

Orders cannot be taken by phone – instead we recommend using the ExaClair Shop. To access, enter www.exaclairshop.eu into your browser (we advise bookmarking this), then enter your unique Username and Password. If you have forgotten your login details, please contact us.

By becoming a reseller of our products, you will benefit from great pricing and reliable quality. Our trade accounts are for:

  • wholesale, retail businesses and organisations
  • based in the United Kingdom, Guernsey, Isle of Man and Jersey
  • based on criteria, other restrictions may apply

The ExaClair Shop website groups together the company brands of the Exacompta Clairefontaine group, represented by tabs in the horizontal navigation bar. You can find products for each brand/company by clicking on the tab of your choice in the menu.

Unless on promotion, the prices you will see are our suggested selling price, excluding VAT.

Once an item has been placed in your basket, click the ‘view my nett’ prices button and your discount will be added.

Please refer to our Conditions of Sale for minimum order quantities. Your order should be fulfilled by our European warehouses as follows:

King’s Lynn (TO01): UK Products (see UK Additional Catalogue)

Clairefontaine (CR01): Avenue Mandarine, Brause, Calligraphe, Clairefontaine, Décopatch, G.Lalo, Herbin, Jacques Herbin, Maildor and Rhodia-branded products.

Exacompta (EX01): Exacompta and Falken-branded products

Products will be placed automatically into baskets representative of warehouses when you order on the ExaClair Shop. We advise customers to check this before confirming their order. If you have any issues whilst ordering, please get in touch.

In the unlikely event our products aren’t delivered in the condition you are expecting, you may be eligible to declare a claim for a full or partial refund.

All claims should be submitted through our easy to use portal, by logging into your ExaClair Shop account.
