We are making enhancements to our ordering process, which will make it easier for customers to order fine writing and calligraphy products along with notebooks, pads and envelopes.

As a result, we will be grouping our brands differently for ordering purposes. This will soon be shown on the ExaClair Shop, our online ordering system for trade customers.

Please be aware that for Brause, G.Lalo, Herbin and Jacques Herbin-branded products, which are currently shipped from the Exacompta Warehouse, the last date to order before Christmas is 11th December 2020.

We will be accepting orders on these products again from early 2021, which will then be exclusively from the Clairefontaine Warehouse. Orders will be unable to be placed on these products between these dates.

Should you have any queries, please get in touch with our customer care team.
