ExaClair is celebrating after being recognised for customer service standards.
Sales office member Caroline O’Neill was chosen by online retailer Cult Pens, winning the ‘Purchasing Award’ in their Supplier of the Year awards. Decided by Mark, Matt and Matty, Caroline was praised in particular for being both efficient and quick to respond.
Sales office manager Sam Bell commented: “Providing fantastic customer service is very important to all of us at ExaClair, so we were delighted to hear that one of our amazing team won this award”.
