Six Nominations for Exacompta Clairefontaine at the 2024 Stationery Matters Awards

The Exacompta Clairefontaine group is thrilled to announce that they have received an outstanding six nominations for the 2024 Stationery Matters Awards, which are due to be held during the upcoming London Stationery Show in May.

NeoDeco SMALL-BOX

Showcasing the new Neo Deco range, which brings the classic 1920’s spirit of the Art Deco movement to life within the workspace, is the SMALL-BOX drawer set.  These mini storage units are ideal for any desktop area and are one of the latest innovations within the Exacompta portfolio. Named as a finalist in the Working From Home Product of the Year category, they are made from recycled post-consumer plastic waste and carry the prestigious Blue Angel environmental certification.  With a combination of 2 narrow drawers for smaller items, such as phones, pens etc, and one wider drawer that can hold A4+ documents, they offer the perfect multi-functional solution for storing a worker’s essentials.  Two capsule tray holders are also available for the wider drawer, one for Nespresso and one for Vertuo capsules.

Skandi Smart Cases

Nominated for the Filing & Storage Product of the Year award, the Skandi Smart Cases range from Exacompta offer a sustainable and practical choice for those seeking storage solutions for organising office stationery and other household items.  With the ability to either be stored flat, stacked together, or even mounted on top of each other, these stylish units are completely foldable and made from 50% recycled polypropylene, making them extremely resilient.

Bamboo Watercolour Pads

Additionally, the eco-friendly collection of Clairefontaine Bamboo Watercolour papers is being highlighted through its range of wirebound and glued pads, which is nominated for Sustainable Product of the Year.  Completely produced using bamboo fibres, they provide a sustainable choice for those seeking a quality artists paper. This acid free, pH Neutral, 250gsm paper has a fine grain surface which is ideal for watercolour or acrylics.  It is also suitable for wash and ink paints, as well as other techniques, including pencil, charcoal, sanguine and Indian ink.

The Moulin Rouge Collection

Another Clairefontaine collection is represented in the Licensed Stationery Product of the Year category.  The Moulin Rouge range allows you to step into the enchanting and iconic universe of the Parisian cabaret with this new, very French collection where elegance, love and modernity take centre stage.  Treated with a Satin lamination, the products also feature a shiny spot varnish and textured flocking that perfectly conveys the glamorous essence of the collection.  The range includes a wide selection of premium wirebound, stapled and casebound notebooks, elasticated folders, storage boxes, magnetic bookmarks, mini planner, correspondence kit and memo pad.  For the artist enthusiasts, there is also a multi-technique notebook, calligraphy set and art folder available.

Gingko Notebooks

Following on from the popularity of the award winning Inkebana range, the Ginkgo notebooks combine pine-green dyed leather that seamlessly blends with indigo leather, whilst featuring the delicate Ginkgo leaf design.  This unique pairing effortlessly marries tradition with modernity, resulting in a truly captivating fusion.     Shortlisted within the Notebook or Journal of the Year category, the Clairefontaine 90gsm brushed vellum ivory paper that’s world renowned.

Origami Bunch of Flowers Kit

A perfect addition to the portfolio of Clairefontaine Handicraft products, the newly released Origami Bunch of Flowers Kit contains everything you need to design your very own eye-catching floral bouquet. touch of luxury.  With continued focus on pastimes that promote relaxation and positive mental wellbeing, this product has been nominated for the Arts & Crafts Product of the Year award.
